A source told TMZ, “The L.A. County District Attorney is satisfied Lindsay completed the terms of her probation. As a result, the D.A. will accept the L.A. County Probation Department’s report that Lindsay has complied with all the terms of her probation. We’ve learned the D.A. will have no objection to Judge Stephanie Sautner terminating Lindsay’s probation in the Beverly Hills DUI case.”
In regards to that little jewelry theft incident – it is believed that LiLo will be put on ‘informal probation’ which will require the actress to stay out of trouble for the next 2 ½ years. Lindsay heads back to court on Thursday.

On Monday, the couple attended his show’s season 2 premiere in Los Angeles, where inside they sat side by side.
A source told E!, They have been together for about three months. They met last year, but they didn’t get together until just before Christmas.”
“He is a super normal guy and she is a really down-to-earth girl and they just get each other. They are on the same wavelength intellectually, and they have the same sense of humor,” the source added. “It’s been going on for a little while and it’s heading towards being serious. They are extremely happy together.”
